John Reeves, VP Reef Point Realty, is somewhat of a pioneer in real estate.  A former U.S. Marine, he saw the need to educate service members and veterans on the complexity of  the Veterans Administration, loans through military-oriented  credit unions, and  government housing assistance.

A family man, Reeves knows no one wants to hassle with buying and selling when settling into a new community especially after a long overseas deployment or PCS move.  Thus, he founded Reef Point Realty & Construction, which specializes in home sales, construction/remodeling, and is oriented towards the military family.  His team focuses on the military client and provides real estate and construction solutions with integrity, commitment, and service.  Most importantly, John Reeves and his team guarantee their service and back their guarantees up with accountability.

What is accountability to the client?

Home Sellers:  Reef Point Realty will sell your home in 90 days or buy it from you.

Home Buyers:  Reef Point Realty will ensure you pay $10,000 less than the asking price on the home you buy or pay you $1,500 at closing.  We will manage the property you purchased with us when you move and if it doesn’t rent within 60 days, we will pay your mortgage every month it doesn’t rent.
